Collection: Vanilla beans

Vanilla beans are considered the purest form of this spice because they are the least processed. They are obtained from the fruits of the vanilla tree, which are then dried and stored for weeks in trunks. To be of quality, a vanilla bean must be fleshy, shiny, but not greasy, with powerful and heady vanilla notes. Vanilla beans also offer a wide variety of aromas, such as spicy, cocoa or floral notes.
